Delivery Date and Order Tracking


After your order is approved, it is usually delivered to the cargo within 2-3 business days. You can receive your order from the courier by signature and presenting an ID card with photo. In obligatory cases, you can request a code via SMS instead of signature and receive your order from the courier with the code sent to you. If you are not at the delivery address, another person at the address can receive your order by presenting an ID. However, if the courier cannot reach anyone at the address, your cargo will be returned to us.

The delivery date of the order you place via our online store is displayed on the shopping cart page during placing the order. In orders via phone, it is notified personally by our sales representatives.

Cargo Procedure

  • Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 business days at the latest.
  • You can follow up the cargo process from the “Your Orders” section in the “My Account” field. When you click on the description in the "Order Status", you can easily track the location of your cargo.
  • All purchases you will make are on Free Shipping.

Delivery to invoice address

  • In the online order process, the invoice address is automatically accepted as the "Delivery address"
  • If you want your invoice to be sent to another address, you can create an Invoice Address and choose two addresses as delivery and invoice address in the order step.
  • Your Delivery Address and Invoice Address information is included in the order confirmation you will receive by e-mail after completing your online order process.
  • Your order is delivered with a waybill. Your invoice for your order will be sent to your e-mail address.
  • You will be informed about your order via SMS by Yurtiçi Kargo.

Failure to find Recipient at the Delivery Address

In the event that no one is present at the delivery address, the courier leaves you a note about the situation, and later comes for the second time for delivery. Please contact the cargo company when you see the note received. If the cargo company cannot reach you both times, it will return your product to Quadran.

The contracted cargo company, which carries out our order shipments, is able to carry out delivery all over Turkey. However, it may be unable to deliver the products to villages, rural areas and places that cannot be reached by highway. If you think that you may have difficulties in terms of cargo delivery, please contact Customer Service before placing the order, in order to find out whether delivery can be made to your address. In such cases, your order is usually brought to the nearest settlement place, and you are requested to come there and receive it.
